You need to use archive managers like WinRAR, 7-zip. http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm http://www.7-zip.org/download.html
You need couple of things to do first, in order to watch the video you want with the obtained subtitles. Make sure you have installed and configured some sort of codec pack try ffdshow for example. You will need some good media player try vlc or media player classic. Also always rename the subtitles filename (without the extensions) to match the exact name of the video filename or vice versa.
You need to synchronize the subtitles with software like SubAdjust or SubAdjuster, Subtitle Workshop, Time Adjuster, Miyu, SubtitleEditor. Even before all that, you might want to try another better, corrected version of the subtitles from SUBS.to
You can't and never will be able to download, because there aren't any movie or video files on this website.
Please use our Contact form and report them as bad including the subtitles url and explaining what's wrong with them. Thank you in advance.
A "hearing impaired" are those people with a full or partial decrease in the ability to detect or understand sounds. The subtitles marked as "Hearing impaired" include information that normal hearing person can hear, for example: "(woman on TV) We all love the richness of a good eye creem.", "MAN: You should know better than to fall asleep at a party. There's freaks here.". Music notes may appear with titles or lyrics of songs or may just indicate that someone is singing.
Of course, anyone who have free time can make or translate subtitles. To do it you will need software like Subtitle Workshop, VisualSubSync for the creation bit and enviable language skills plus maybe dictionary for the translation bit.
